Clay Lounge!
Whether it’s a family reunion, birthday party, bachelorette weekend, or just a casual get-together, private classes at Clay Lounge are a great opportunity to try something new and spend time with friends, family and coworkers.
Private classes can accommodate 6-36 people for a fun pottery experience. Classes will be tailored to the occasion and can include wheel throwing and/or hand-building projects. Participants will create up to 2 pieces in the colors of their choosing.
Events typically book 3-6 weeks out.

Team Building in Boston
Our Boston & Somerville studios are great spots to host your coworkers or clients for a fun team art event!
Classes can accommodate 6-36 people and can be tailored to the celebration or event. Trying something new and getting creative is a great team bonding activity. Join us for wheel-throwing, handbuilding or both! Entertain clients with an afternoon of pottery, plus bring your own sips and snacks to make it feel extra festive!

What to Expect
Get ready to get your hands muddy! Bring your hands and an open mind for a fun pottery experience with your friends, family, or teammates. Celebrations and team building events in Somerville and Boston are always a good time.
Jump into clay with a beginner-friendly class where you’ll make two projects with the guidance of our incredible team of teachers. We'll provide aprons and all the tools you need to get started. All participants create up to two pieces during the 2.5-hour class. Bring drinks and food to round out the experience and make it feel extra festive.
We typically offer private events during the following times:
Monday - Wednesday 11am - 6pm
Thursday & Friday 11am - 3pm
Saturday 10am - 12:30pm & 6:30pm - 9pm
Sunday 3:30pm - 9pm
